Q.Refund Procedures and Conditions:

Our refund procedures are designed to be straightforward and transparent. If you cancel your rental within the stipulated time frame, you will receive a rain check for your deposit. However, if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the event, the full amount paid will be held as a rain check.

It's essential to note that we do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations. Instead, we offer rescheduling options to ensure that your event can still go ahead, regardless of unforeseen weather conditions.

Q.Do you require a deposit? Understanding Our Cancellation Policy:

To ensure clarity and customer satisfaction, here's a refined version of Liberty Party Jumpers Refund Policy:

All orders require a nonrefundable 20% credit card deposit when locking in your reservation. If you need to cancel your order, you will receive a rain check for the 20% deposit valid for one year. anything paid over the deposit provided the cancellation is made at least five days before your rental date will either be refunded back to payment debit or credit card or converted into a rain check, depending on specific circumstances.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Q.Do we need a water hose for water slide rentals? Do water slides need continued water running?
A.
Yes, you will need a water hose. The hose is used to fill the included pool and then connect to our hose, which is secured to the top of our slide. Our inflatable water slides require a continuous flow of water to keep the slide surface wet and slippery, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users. It's important to ensure that the water source is accessible and that the hose is long enough to reach the setup location of the water slide. We will go over our recommended water settings upon setup.
Q.Does the rental time include your set up time?

No. We arrive early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play.

We provide free delivery to most areas in Las Vegas and Henderson, ensuring your party essentials arrive on time and without any additional cost. Our team takes care of the setup for all party rentals, so you can focus on enjoying your event. Once your party is over, we also handle the pickup at no extra charge. Q.Do You Deliver Jumpers Outside Las Vegas - Henderson Area?

If your bounce house party or event is beyond our listed Henderson and Las vegas service areas, just text prior (702) 570-2230 We may be able to make special accommodations to suit your event. We travel to Pahrump, Boulder City & Mesquite Nevada depending on several different variables.
Q.Do You Set Bounce Houses & Water Slides Up on Dirt/Rocks?
A.
We do set up our dry bounce houses on any surface, when checking out there will be a drop down "set up surface" menu, simply select your surface type. 
Note We do not set up inflatable water slides on dirt as it makes a very unenjoyable experience for everyone involved. if you are unsure, you can text a picture of set up area directly to (702) 570-2230 and we will be happy to go over all options.
Q.When do you set up?
A.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
Q.How long are the party jumper rentals for?
A.
Liberty Party Jumpers provides up to 6-hour rentals with all costs included in the listed prices. If you need the bounce house or party rentals for more than the included rental time, it's only an additional $20 per hour beyond the initial 6 hours. When you choose your date and time, our system will automatically calculate any extra time if you select more than 6 hours. We also offer multi-day and overnight rentals at 50% off the listed rental price for each additional day. Both options can be selected from the drop-down menu when booking. We recommend making a reservation for your party equipment as soon as you have a date and plan in mind! Our schedule fills up quickly, especially during peak party seasons, so securing your reservation early ensures you get the exact items you want for your special event.
