We offer flexible cancellation options for all bounce house rentals in Las Vegas to give you peace of mind when booking.

• Your 20% deposit is converted into a rain check (valid for 1 year)
• Any additional payments can be:
  • Refunded to your original payment method, or
  • Converted into rain check credit

✔️ Cancel Within 48 Hours of Your Event

• Full payment is held as a rain check (valid for 1 year)
• No refunds are issued for last-minute cancellations

This policy allows you to reschedule your event without losing your booking value.

Weather can be unpredictable, but we make sure your event is protected. For all party rentals in Las Vegas, including bounce houses and water slides, we monitor weather conditions closely to ensure safety.

If weather becomes unsafe (rain, high winds, etc.), we offer flexible options:

🌧 Reschedule your rental for a new date
🔁 Receive a rain check credit (valid for 1 year)
📅 Rebook at a later time that works for you

For safety reasons, we do not set up inflatables in unsafe weather conditions. While refunds are not offered due to weather, your full payment is always protected with flexible rescheduling options.

If you need to cancel your rental, we’ll issue you a rain check for the full value of your cancellation credit—so you don’t lose your booking.

Your rain check:

However, customers are responsible for any damage caused by:

In rare cases, damage costs may include repair or full replacement of the equipment if necessary.

Yes, a standard water hose is required for all water slide rentals. The hose connects to the unit to provide a continuous flow of water, keeping the slide surface wet, slippery, and safe for use.

You’ll need to ensure:

• 💧 A working water source is available
• 📏 Your hose can reach the setup area

Our team will handle the setup and show you the recommended water flow settings to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly.

Bounce houses can be set up on a variety of surfaces, including grass, dirt, concrete, and more. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your setup surface so we can prepare accordingly.

For added comfort, we provide a tarp under the bounce house to create a clean area and help keep kids off dirt or rocks during play.

For water slide rentals, we typically do not set up on dirt or loose surfaces. However, certain types of Las Vegas landscape rock may be acceptable if they allow proper drainage and create a safe, stable setup area.

If you’re unsure about your surface, you can text a photo of your setup area to (702) 570-2230 anytime, and we’ll be happy to review it and help you choose the best option.

All rentals include up to 6 hours of use, with no hidden fees—everything is included in the listed price.

If you need more time:

• ⏱ Extra hours are just $20 per hour beyond the initial 6 hours
• 🌙 Overnight and multi-day rentals are available at 50% off the daily rate for each additional day

If your bounce house party or event is beyond our listed Henderson and Las vegas service areas, just text prior (702) 570-2230 We may be able to make special accommodations to suit your event. We travel to Pahrump, Boulder City & Mesquite Nevada depending on several different variables.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.
